Ingredients (9)

45.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml tomato sauce
10.00 ml chilli sauce
3.00 ml fish paste
60.00 ml vegetable oil
2.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
3.00 eggs — large, slighly beaten
200.00 g rice — long-grain, cooked

Method:

1. Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and fish paste together. Heat 60 ml oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat and fry onion and garlic for one minute.
2. Add eggs and scramble lightly. Add rice and stir-fry for one minute. Add sauce mixture and stir-fry for a further two minutes. Serve immediately.
