Fried potatoes

    large potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 10
    olive oil


Slice the potatoes and set aside. Fry the onion in olive oil until tender, add the potato slices and fry with the onion until golden brown. Serve hot.
