Ingredients (8)

600.00 g chicken — cooked, deboned
250.00 g cheddar cheese
425.00 g pineapple — cut into chunks
2.00 eggs
250.00 ml flour — self-raising
2.00 ml salt
125.00 ml milk
oil — for deep frying

Method:

Cut the chicken and cheese into 3-cm cubes. Thread the chicken, cheese and pineapple chunks alternately on to skewers. Begin and end with a cube of chicken. Blend the eggs, self-raising flour, salt and milk to form a batter. Dip the kebabs into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Makes 15-18 kebabs.
