Ingredients (10)

1.00 cauliflower — large, cut into florets
oil — for deep-frying
250.00 g bacon
100.00 g pecan nuts
200.00 ml feta cheese
DRESSING
200.00 ml sour cream
65.00 ml mayonnaise
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 ml mustard — powder
fresh parsley

Method:

Wash the cauliflower florets in salted water and pat completely dry with paper towelling.
Heat the oil and deep-fry the florets until they just begin to change colour. (Do not overcook or they will go soggy.)
Fry the bacon in a pan until crisp and chop finely. Mix the cauliflower florets, bacon, pecan nuts and feta cheese in a salad bowl or on a platter. Blend the salad dressing ingredients together and serve with the salad.
