Ingredients (8)

350 g tuna — cooked
125 g cottage cheese — smooth
lemon — zest and juice
1 tomatoes — deseeded, chopped
handful fresh chives — or spring onion, chopped
handful fresh Italian parsley
handful coriander
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Bung everything into a food processor and blend until desired consistency.

Check seasoning.

Toast some lovely artisan bread and serve!

Lasts 3 days in the fridge.
