Fresh pesto and lemon turkey

  • 4
    turkey tenderloins
  • 65
    fresh pesto
  • 1
    small lemon, the juice
  • olive oil spray


Slice tenderloins through the middle to create thinner slices of turkey.
Mix the pesto and lemon juice together and pour over the turkey. If you have time, all to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil spray and heat.
Sauté till golden, about five minutes.
Turn and repeat until cooked through, about four to five minutes.
