Ingredients (11)

1.50 Litres water — boiled
0.00 salt
0.00 oil
150.00 g pasta — tagliatelle
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
0.50 red chilli
0.50 lemon — zest and juice
30.00 g rocket — chopped
30.00 g parmesan cheese — grated
0.00 freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Fill a large pot with water, add salt and a dash of oil and bring to the boil.
Cook pasta till al dente, 3 to 4 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a small pan, add garlic and chilli and sauté for 1 minute.
Drain pasta and add it to the garlic-chilli mixture.
Add rocket and Parmesan and toss to combine.
Season with pepper, pile into heated bowls and serve immediately.
Cook’s note:this is only a starter portion, but should get the tastebuds tingling.
