Fresh lemonade

  • 500
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 350
  • 3
    cold water
  • ice cubes and lemon wedges, to serve


Mix the lemon juice, sugar and water together in a large bowl or jug. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Serve over crushed ice or ice cubes and garnish with a lemon wedge. This juice can be made and kept ready to serve in the fridge for 3-4 days. Makes 3 litres.
