Fresh gooseberry tart

  • 1
    pâte brisée, baked blind and cooled
  • 1
    crème pâtissière (see recipe)
  • 1
    punnet fresh gooseberries, washed and dried
  • APRICOT GLAZE (see recipe)


Fill pastry case with crème pâtissière. Top with gooseberries and cover with glaze. Stand for at least 1 to 2 hours to soften before serving.
