Ingredients (5)

2 cup fruit
500 ml yoghurt — low fat
3 cardamom — bruisd, husks removed
2 cup ice — cubes
3 Tbs almonds — flaked, toasted

Method:

Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top with almonds.

Serve immediately.
