Fruit and cardamom lassi recipe

  • 2
    soft fruit mix
  • 500
    PnP plain yoghurt, low-fat
  • 3
    cardamom pods, bruised, husks removed
  • 2
    ice cubes
  • 3
    PnP flaked almonds, toasted, to serve


Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top with almonds.

Serve immediately.
