French loaf croutons

    French loaf
  • sunflower oil


They may be prepared in advance and stored in airtight containers. Slice a French loaf, brush the slices with oil and grill until crisp. Cool and store in an airtight container until needed. Serve with olives and sparkling wine when guests arrive.
