Ingredients (6)

250.00 ml sugar
250.00 ml water
250.00 g apricots — dried, soft
5.00 ml jam — chilli
125.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped
125.00 ml yoghurt — natural

Method:

Heat sugar and water over low heat in a medium-sized saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves. Add apricots and chilli jam and cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, mix cream and yoghurt. Serve apricots hot, topped with a dollop of the cream/yoghurt mixture.
Serves 4.
