1 can Caramel Treat — tin
45 ml cream — thick
1 orange — zest only
8 - 12 biscuits — fortune cookies

Method:

Combine the caramel treat, cream and zest.
Whisk well and spoon into very small cups.
Serve as dip with the fortune cookies.
