Focaccia with ham and olive spread

    focaccia bread
  • fresh rosemary
  • coarse salt
  • 60
    medium-soft butter
  • 5
    coarse-grained prepared mustard
  • 60
    olive spread
  • 12
    thin slices Black Forest ham


Sprinkle rosemary and salt over focaccia and bake at 180 ºC until golden. Slice through horizontally and spread lavishly with butter, mustard, olive spread and top with ham.
