    Nestlé condensed milk

    dark chocolate, broken into pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spray a few baking sheets with non-stick spray and line with baking paper. Spray the baking paper with non-stick spray and dust with cornflour. Shake the pans to remove excess flour. Place all the ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl and mix well. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking trays and bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool on the baking trays before removing carefully with an egg lift. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan with boiling water or in the microwave oven, stirring occasionally Spread the melted chocolate over the flat side of the biscuits and make patterns on them with a fork. Leave the chocolate to harden and store in an airtight container. Makes 30-35.
