Prepare the Basic flat loaf dough as described in the recipe. Finely chop 50 ml mixed herbs such as thyme, sage, origanum, rosemary and parsley. Fry 1 medium-sized onion in 15 ml (1 T) heated olive oil until soft and add the herbs.
Add half the herbs to the dough and press the remaining herbs on top of the proven dough. Continue preparations as described.
