Flat bread with feta cheese and sage

    quantity Basic flat loaf dough


Prepare dough as per the Basic flat loaf recipe. Crumble 2 rounds feta cheese coarsely and coarsely chop 15-20 fresh sage leaves. Mix half into the dough and press the rest on top of the proven dough. Continue preparation as described for the basic bread.
