Fish with herbed crust

  • 4
    kingklip steaks
  • 30
    sunflower oil
  • fresh mixed herbs
  • 2
    garlic cloves
  • 50
  • 1
    lemon (zest and juice)

Brush pieces of fish with a little of the oil.
Press herbs onto one side of each fillet.
Heat remaining oil in a nonstick frying pan and cook fish (herb side down) for three to four minutes, until golden.
Turn over and cook until fish is cooked through. Remove fish from pan.
Add butter, garlic, lemon juice and zest to the pan. Heat until melted.
Drizzle over the fish steaks and serve with potatoes and veggies or salad.
