Fish kebabs in foil

  • 200
    kingklip, skinned and deboned
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 3
    yellow baby marrows
  • 60
  • 10
    lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2
    wooden skewers
  • heavy foil


1. Cut fish into large cubes. 2. Core and slice peppers. 3. Slice baby marrows into 3 cm rings. 4. Skewer fish and vegetables alternately. 5. Place on foil parcels and knob with butter and flavour with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 6. Wrap parcels carefully with shiny side on the inside. Braai or cook in the oven at 180 ºC for 8 to 10 minutes.
