3.00 fish — fillet, skinned, deboned
0.00 breadcrumbs — handful
1.00 eggs
0.00 lemon — juice only
0.00 fresh parsley — or coriander, sprigs
0.00 salt — to taste
0.00 fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Put all the ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor and mix thoroughly. Don’t overdo it as it can become very mushy. Remove the ingredients and make them into round patties a little smaller than the size of a burger. Cook them in a frying pan with a little olive oil until they are golden brown and a little crispy on the outside.
