1.00 sausages — frozen
5.00 pita breads
60.00 ml hummus
0.00 rocket
125.00 ml tzatziki

Method:

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage for 10 minutes or until cooked. Cut a pocket in each pitta and spread the
inside with hummus. Fill with sausage and
a few rocket leaves and top with tzatziki.
