Filled pittas

    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    pack (400 g) sausage, frozen
  • 5
    pitta breads
  • 60
    ml
    hummus
  • handful of rocket
  • 125
    ml
    tzatziki (cucumber and yoghurt dip)
 

Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage for 10 minutes or until cooked. Cut a pocket in each pitta and spread the inside with hummus. Fill with sausage and a few rocket leaves and top with tzatziki.
