Ingredients (8)

150.00 ml mayonnaise
150.00 ml sour cream
5.00 ml fennel — fresh, chopped
1.00 onion — small, very finely chopped
15.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
15.00 ml lemon juice
1.00 ml mustard — powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the dip and serve with marinated biltong (see recipe).
