Ingredients (6)

4.00 potatoes — boiled, peeled, chopped
125.00 g bacon
4.00 onions — sliced into rings
10.00 button mushrooms — sliced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
7.00 ml fresh thyme — chopped

Method:

Fry the bacon until cooked and remove from the pan. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in the pan fat until tender. Add the potato chunks and stir-fry for a few minutes. Return the bacon to the pan and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper and fresh thyme.
Serve hot with toast if desired.
Serves 4-6.
