black forest ham — sliced
2 eggs
bokkoms — strips marinated in olive oil
white butter sauce
a few naartjies — segmented

Method:

Toast your slices of ciabatta
Top with smokey Black Forest ham, soft-poached free range eggs, strips of olive-oil-marinated bokkom, and a citrusy beurre blanc, top with naartjie to finish it off.
