200.00 g noodles — egg
120.00 ml oil

Method:

Cook the egg noodles according to the packet instructions and drain.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Divide the noodles into four batches and fry each batch in oil until lightly crisped.
Remove from the pan, place an egg ring on a serving platter and neatly stack the noodles inside the ring.
