Ingredients (11)

SALAD
10.00 eggs — hard-boiled
1.00 celery stalks — bunch, sliced
1.00 onion — sliced into rings
15.00 ml capers
45.00 ml poppy seeds
SALAD DRESSING
125.00 ml mayonnaise
125.00 ml yoghurt — plain
65.00 ml chutney
15.00 ml lemon juice
5.00 ml paprika
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Shell the eggs and slice into rings, quarters or wedges. Arrange the egg slices, celery and onion on a pretty serving platter and sprinkle the capers and poppy seeds on top. Blend all the ingredients for the dressing. Chill until needed.
Serve the dressing with the salad.
Serves 6.
