Ingredients (9)

300 g spinach — blanched, chopped
1 onion — small, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese — grated
1 nestlé ideal evaporated milk
4 eggs
60 ml flour
10 ml mustard — powder
7 ml salt
5 ml freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Grease a 22 cm pie dish .
Place spinach, onion and cheese into the pie dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie
dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
