Ingredients (8)

2.00 kg chicken — pieces
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
SAUCE
125.00 ml sugar
50.00 ml mustard — powder
50.00 ml flour — cake
125.00 ml vinegar — grape
250.00 ml mayonnaise
250.00 ml water — boiled

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and butter or spray a large ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Trim the chicken pieces of any excess fat and skin and season with salt and black pepper. Arrange in the prepared dish.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the sauce and beat in the vinegar, mayonnaise and boiling water. Pour over the chicken pieces and bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and tender.
Serves 6-8.
