Easy jam and cheese on toast

  • 6
    slices ciabatta
  • 125
    Cape gooseberry jam
  • 200
    goat's milk cheese, sliced
  • black peppercorns


5 minutes
Preheat the grill. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast under the grill until golden.
Put dollops of jam on each slice of bread and top with slices of goat's milk cheese.
Put back under the grill. Remove when the cheese has melted slightly.
Grind black pepper over and serve with a salad.
