Ingredients (3)

300.00 g margarine
300.00 ml milk — full cream
500.00 ml cheddar cheese, grated — processed

Method:

Heat the margarine and milk until the margarine has melted. Don’t bring to the boil. Add the grated cheese and stir until completely melted. Let it cool slightly and refrigerate until needed. Use as a sandwich spread, to make hotdogs or as a topping for baked potatoes.
Makes 1,125 litres cheese spread.
