Dry maize corn (Dikgobe)

  • 5 corn cobs, dried
  • 1 litre water
  • 5 ml salt


Remove corn kernels from cob.
Bring water to the boil, then add corn and salt.
Cook for 20 minutes, or until kernels are cooked through.
Remove from heat, drain off water and cool.
Serve as a snack.
