Ingredients (11)

500.00 g sausages — cocktail sausages
oil
1.00 onion — chopped
1.00 red pepper — deseeded and cut into strips
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and sliced into strips
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
250.00 g mushrooms — sliced
420.00 g chilli beans
420.00 g cream of mushroom soup
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
85.00 ml sour cream

Method:

Fry the sausages in a little oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and sauté the onion, peppers and garlic in the same pan until soft. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the sausages, beans and soup and heat until the sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and stir in the sour cream. Serve with rice or spinach noodles.
