4.00 tomatoes — halved
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
4.00 beef — minute steaks
1.00 bread — ciabatta
0.00 rocket — handful
100.00 g parmesan cheese — shavings
0.00 salt
0.00 black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 &degC.
Place the tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with half of the olive oil.
Roast for about 20 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the steaks for about one minute on each side. Keep aside.
Cut the ciabatta into slices nd drizzle them with the remaining olive oil.
Heat a griddle pan and toast the bread until crispy and golden.
Take a slice of bread, top with a minute steak and roasted tomatoes, and put another slice of bread on top.
Now add rocket and loads of Parmesan shavings.
Season with salt and pepper and place another slice of bread on top of this to finish off the double-decker sandwich.
