Ingredients (10)

400.00 g chicken breast fillets — cut into strips
oil
1.00 onion — sliced
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
250.00 g button mushrooms — sliced
200.00 g cream of chicken soup
125.00 ml milk
60.00 ml wine — white
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
25.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped

Method:

Fry the chicken strips in a little oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil in the pan until soft and add the mushrooms. Sauté until pale brown.
Add the chicken strips.
Add the cream of chicken soup, milk and white wine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened and the dish is heated through.
Add the parsley and mix.
Serve with rice or spaghetti and a green salad.
