Delicious cottage pie

    onion, finely chopped

    slice bread, crusts removed and crumbled

    potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Sauté the onion in a little oil until tender. Add the mince and stir-fry until the meat is just done. Add the tomatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste and mix. Remove from the heat and add the breadcrumbs and egg, mixing well. Spoon layers of the mince and potato into the prepared oven dish, ending with a layer of potato. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and heated through. Serve with a salad. Serves 4.
