450.00 g ricotta cheese
20.00 g porcini mushrooms
200.00 g olives — pitted
10.00 fresh basil — sliced
2.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
0.00 sea salt and white pepper

Method:

Plaas Ricotta in ‘n groot mengbak. Week die sampioene vir ‘n uur. As jy nie porcini kan kry nie, gebruik wit sampioene wat eers 2-3 uur in olyfolie en ‘n bietjie asyn gemarineer is. Druk al die vloeistof uit die porcini-sampioene. Meng die sampioene, olywe, basiliekruid en knoffel saam met doe Ricotta. Geur met sout en peper. Voer ‘n bakkie met waspapier uit. Druk die Ricotta stewig in die bakkie en maak met papier toe. Laat staan vir sowat ‘n uur. Keer uit en geniet.
