Ingredients (7)

125.00 g pasta — fettuccine or tagliatelle
2.00 chicken breast fillets
oil
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
150.00 ml wine — white
150.00 ml cream
210.00 g asparagus — drained

Method:

Cook the pasta in sufficient rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain well and set aside. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry in heated oil until golden brown on the outside. Add the garlic while frying. Add the wine and boil rapidly for a few minutes. Reduce he heat and add the cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly and he chicken is done. Add the asparagus and heat through. Serve with the pasta.
Serves 2.
