Deep-fried pasta

  • cooked pasta
  • oil for deep-frying
  • salt


Deep-fry any cooked pasta in hot oil for a few seconds until golden brown. Drain well and sprinkle with salt. Use in a salad as you would croûtons. Fresh pasta also works well, in which case it can be deep-fried without first cooking it.
