Ingredients (5)

500.00 g strawberries — washed, hulled and sliced
30.00 ml castor sugar
125.00 ml yoghurt — Greek, double thick
125.00 ml mascarpone cheese
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Toss sliced strawberries in the castor sugar and leave to macerate for one hour. Fold yoghurt and mascarpone together. Layer strawberries with yoghurt mixture on four plates and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Serves 4.
