Decadent knickerbocker

  • 4
    thick Swiss roll slices, cut into small pieces
  • 2
    scoops of fudge ice-cream
  • 125
    chopped walnuts
  • ready-made chocolate sauce
  • 50
  • 2
    scoops of vanilla ice-cream
  • 65
    slightly whipped cream
  • a few cigarette shaped biscuits


1. Place some of the Swiss roll pieces in the bottoms of 4 sundae glasses.
2. Top each with a ball of fudge ice cream. Sprinkle over a few nuts, a generous squeeze of chocolate sauce, a few raspberries, more Swiss roll pieces and end with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
3. Finally top with whipped cream, more nuts, chocolate sauce, raspberries and then pop in the biscuit. Serve immediately.
