Ingredients (8)

4.00 swiss rolls — thick, slices, cut in small pieces
2.00 ice cream — fudge
125.00 ml walnuts — chopped
0.00 chocolate sauce — ready-made
50.00 g raspberries
2.00 ice cream — vanilla
65.00 ml cream — slightly whipped
0.00 biscuits — cigarette shaped

Method:

1. Place some of the Swiss roll pieces in the bottoms of 4 sundae glasses.
2. Top each with a ball of fudge ice cream. Sprinkle over a few nuts, a generous squeeze of chocolate sauce, a few raspberries, more Swiss roll pieces and end with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
3. Finally top with whipped cream, more nuts, chocolate sauce, raspberries and then pop in the biscuit. Serve immediately.
