Custard and jelly pudding

  • 2
    boxes strawberry or lime jelly
  • 500
    ready made vanilla custard
  • 410
    peach slices, drained and cut into small pieces


Dissolve the jelly powder in 250 ml boiling water and allow to cool. Stir in custard and peaches. Pour into jelly moulds or serving bowls. Refrigerate until set. Dip moulds into warm water for a few minutes, then turn them upside down on a serving plate and unmould. Serve decorated with fresh fruit and extra custard. Serves 4-6.
