4.00 salmon — slices smoked
4.00 eggs — large
60.00 ml crème fraîche
10.00 ml fresh dill — chopped
0.00 dill — to garnish

Method:

Trim a 4 cm strip from each piece of salmon and reserve.
Line four ramekin dishes with a slice of salmon and crack an egg into each. Season to taste.
Mix the cr&egraveme fra&icircche and chopped dill in a jug and divide among the ramekins. Place the ramekins in a roasting pan half-filled with hot water.
Bake in a preheated 175 °C oven for 15 minutes.
Garnish with the reserved salmon and dill.
