Ingredients (7)

10.00 ml vegetable oil
1.00 onion — small, chopped
5.00 ml curry powder
150.00 g mixed vegetables — frozen
50.00 ml mayonnaise
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
patty pans — halved

Method:

1. Heat oil in a small frying pan and cook onion until transparent.
2. Add curry powder and fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely.
3. Stir in vegetables, moisten with enough mayonnaise and adjust seasoning.
4. Fill hollowed, cooked patty pans with curry vegetable mixture.
