Ingredients (5)

quantity basic curry sauce
2.00 baked beans — tinned,
2.00 kidney beans — tinned in tomato sauce
2.00 green beans — tinned, drained
2.00 onion — chopped
2.00 green pepper — deseeded and sliced into strips

Method:

Prepare the basic curry sauce as described. Add the remaining ingredients to the boiling curry sauce and boil, thoroughly. Spoon into sterilised jars while still hot and seal immediately.
Makes about 2,5 litres salad.
