Curried onions

  • 1
    quantity basic curry sauce
  • 1
    onions, peeled but keep the pointed ends intact


Prepare the basic curry sauce as described. Boil the beans and onions in salted water until just tender. Drain and add to the boiling sauce. Boil well once more and spoon into sterilised jars while still hot. Seal immediately. Makes about 2,5 litres salad.
