Ingredients (9)

SALAD
200.00 g pasta — macaroni, uncooked
100.00 g raisins — seedless
410.00 g peaches — tinned slices, chopped
410.00 g pineapple — tinned pieces, drained
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and cut into strips
DRESSING
250.00 ml mayonnaise
25.00 ml milk
10.00 ml curry powder
30.00 ml chutney — mild

Method:

Cook the macaroni in rapidly boiling salted water until soft. Drain and rinse under cold, running water.
Combine the macaroni with the raisins, peach and pineapple pieces, and green pepper strips.
Blend all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad. Mix well.
Spoon into a pretty salad bowl and chill before serving.
