Ingredients (6)

0.25 cucumber — peeled, thinly sliced
60.00 ml cream cheese
60.00 ml watercress — chopped
8.00 bread — sliced white
5.00 pinch salt
60.00 ml mixed bean sprouts — alfalfa

Method:

Place the cucumber slices between sheets of paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

Mix the cream cheese and watercress and spread half the bread slices with the mixture.

Top with the cucumber
slices and season with salt.

Scatter the alfalfa sprouts on top. Cover with the remaining slices and carefully remove
the crusts.

Quarter each sandwich diagonally.
