Ingredients (10)

250.00 ml breadcrumbs — white
100.00 ml cream cheese
6.00 spring onion — chopped
1.00 eggs — large, beaten
3.00 ml cumin — ground
25.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4.00 fish steaks — thick
rice — stir-fried, to serve
instant sauce — herb or galic

Method:

Mix breadcrumbs with cream cheese, chopped spring onions, beaten egg, ground cumin, lemon juice and seasoning, to taste. Divide mixture between the fish steaks and press down to form a topping.
Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Serve on a bed of stir-fried savoury rice and top with prepared instant sauce of your choice.
