Crumbed pork rolls with creamy pineapple filling

Ingredients (8)

6.00 pork — sliced
6.00 ham — slices
440.00 g pineapple — crushed, tinned
125.00 g cottage cheese — creamed
1.00 eggs — large, beaten
60.00 ml breadcrumbs — dried
30.00 ml butter
30.00 ml oil

Method:

Place pork slices (3-5 mm thick, cut from the leg) between two sheets of plastic and flatten slightly. Place a slice of ham on each slice of meat.
Combine pineapple, cheese and seasoning to taste. Spread on top of ham. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat butter and oil. Fry rolls until golden and cooked.
