Crumbed pork rolls with creamy pineapple filling

    pork slices

    slices ham

    crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 125
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 1
    large egg, beaten
  • 60
    dried breadcrumbs

10-15 minutes
Place pork slices (3-5 mm thick, cut from the leg) between two sheets of plastic and flatten slightly. Place a slice of ham on each slice of meat. Combine pineapple, cheese and seasoning to taste. Spread on top of ham. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat butter and oil. Fry rolls until golden and cooked.
