Ingredients (5)

500.00 g cottage cheese — smooth or cream cheese
250.00 ml milk
250.00 ml cream
190.00 ml sugar
3.00 ml vanilla — essence

Method:

Beat cheese until smooth and stir in remaining ingredients.
Freeze in an ice cream machine, if possible.
Alternatively, half-freeze ice cream and beat well. Repeat once or twice and freeze until firm.
TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 8 225 kJ (2 965 Cal). A portion: 1 370 kJ (370 Cal).
